Who operates Ridgeview
Ridgeview Farm is operated by Ridgeview Management Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wallaby Hill Retreat Pty Ltd, which owns the land. Contact enquiry@ridgeviewfarm.com.au.
Information and enquiries
This website describes the farm and its services. Availability, pricing, access and activity arrangements must be confirmed with the team. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, create a booking or authorise access. Any service-specific prices and conditions will be provided before you agree to them. The facility-fee page shows whether online payment is currently available.
Lesson facility fee
The Ridgeview facility fee is $25 per rider, per lesson visit. Sandy’s instruction fee is agreed and paid directly to Sandy. Each rider completes a separate facility-fee payment linked to their waiver and arranged lesson date and time. Paying does not reserve a lesson or approve a waiver.
Card and eligible Apple Pay payments are processed through Stripe for Ridgeview Management Pty Ltd when online payment is available. The rider agreement states that cancellations made less than 24 hours from the booking incur a 50% cancellation fee. Contact enquiry@ridgeviewfarm.com.au if you need to cancel, change a lesson or discuss a refund. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Visiting and riding
Visits and use of the facilities must be arranged in advance. Follow the team’s instructions and the conditions agreed for your activity. Horse riding and farm activities involve risk. The rider registration and agreement is a separate process. Submitting a form alone does not confirm a booking or permission to ride.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information in your enquiries and registration forms. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, interfere with the site, upload harmful files or send unsolicited advertising. Staff accounts may be used only by the authorised account holder.
Photographs and other content
Ridgeview’s photographs, branding and text must not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Staff uploading photographs must have permission to publish them and must respect the privacy of identifiable people, including children. Contact us to raise a concern or request review of a published image.
