Our hosting and sign-in services may use cookies for security and staff authentication. Your privacy preference is saved in this browser. It stays until you change it or clear your browser data. The waiver and enquiry form contents are not saved in local storage.
When a facility-fee record is created, a necessary payment cookie allows that browser to retrieve its payment status for up to seven days. It is inaccessible to website JavaScript and is sent securely on the hosted site. Stripe’s checkout has its own payment and fraud-prevention storage.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Ridgeview records aggregate daily counts of visits to public pages and completed enquiries. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, visitor IDs or session recordings. We do not collect form contents, names, email addresses, health information, full referring URLs or query strings in these statistics. The staff area and rider waiver are excluded from browser analytics.
Analytics is off until you opt in. We also honour supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Choosing “Essential only” stops future optional measurement. Anonymous totals already recorded cannot be traced back to an individual and remain in the aggregate statistics.
