Our hosting and sign-in services may use cookies for security and staff authentication. Your privacy preference is saved in this browser. It stays until you change it or clear your browser data. Unsubmitted waiver and enquiry forms are not saved in browser storage. When you continue from a signed waiver to payment, only the rider’s name and signing email are held temporarily in that browser tab. They can be used for this handover for ten minutes and are removed when the payment page reads them. After signing, a necessary cookie lets you download your own signed waiver in the same browser for seven days.
When a facility-fee record is created, a necessary payment cookie allows that browser to retrieve its payment status for up to seven days. It is inaccessible to website JavaScript and is sent securely on the hosted site. Stripe’s checkout has its own payment and fraud-prevention storage.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_C913MJ6HVB, to distinguish visits and sessions. Google receives usage information such as public page visits, browser and device details, and cookie identifiers. Its services operate internationally, so this information may be processed outside Australia. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not enable Google advertising features or session recordings. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, waiver records or payment details to Google Analytics. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments, and referring addresses are reduced to their website origin. Staff pages, rider waivers, payment pages and private records are excluded from Google Analytics.
Ridgeview also keeps aggregate daily counts of public page visits and completed enquiries in its staff dashboard. These local counts do not contain visitor identifiers.
Both types of optional analytics are off until you opt in. We honour supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Choosing “Essential only” stops future optional measurement and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Changing your choice does not erase statistics already collected. Because Google Analytics is new, returning visitors are asked to choose again.
