Lessons with Sandy Lucas
Complete beginners and experienced riders are welcome. Bring your own horse or arrange to use one of Sandy Lucas’s horses. Sandy will help arrange what you need and a lesson to suit you.
Meet Sandy
Sandy is an EA Level 1 General Coach, EA Level 2 Eventing Coach and EA Level 2 Eventing Course Designer. Whether you have never been on a horse or have a particular skill to work on, she’ll start with your experience and goals.
Arrange a lesson or clinic
Book directly with Sandy and let her know whether you’ll bring your own horse or would like to use one of her horses. If you’re new to riding, she can help arrange your horse and equipment and explain what to expect. Contact her for lesson availability or upcoming clinics, and confirm your arrangements before travelling.
Lesson fees and property use
There are two separate charges: Sandy’s instruction fee, paid directly to Sandy, and Ridgeview’s $25 facility fee per rider, per lesson visit. The facility fee covers property use for the lesson you have arranged; it does not make a booking.
Before your lesson
For lessons held at Ridgeview, complete the rider waiver online, then pay the $25 facility fee for your lesson date. If your waiver is already on file, go straight to the payment page and enter the rider’s first and last name and the email used to sign.
